This course will focus on the human body, body systems, and body organs. Anatomy and physiology terms will be explored. Identification of the Integumentary, Circulatory, Digestive, Endocrine, Lymphatic, Muscular, Nervous, Urinary, and Reproductive systems; their organs, and their functions.

Requirements to Enroll
No application and transcripts required to enroll. All learners are eligible to enroll in this course. It is recommended that learners have a high school diploma or GED, and have basic computer and internet knowledge.
Textbook required for this online course. Reading assignments will be required for this course.

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, the student must submit a written request, including a valid reason, within 9 calendar days of registering for the course. Additionally, the student must not have attempted more than 25% of the course.
To request a refund, email PACE@nu.edu and include your full name, student ID, and course name. Your reason for requesting a refund will be carefully reviewed, and we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we determine the request to be invalid.
If you meet the eligibility criteria and are approved for a refund, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment within 60 days of the refund approval.
How to Access My Course
After registration, allow up to 1 hour for the course to appear in Brightspace, your learning portal. (An error will appear if accessed before 1 hour)
- Log in to your student portal at wcepace.nu.edu
- Scroll toward the bottom of this Student Home page to the My Current Courses area.
- For each current course, you will see a “Brightspace” button in the lower-right corner of the course box
- Clicking the button will launch Brightspace in a new browser tab.
- Once in Brightspace, within the My Courses area, click the course title to access it.
